Silver Creek Supply is a family-owned-and-operated agricultural products and services retailer, serving Hardin and surrounding counties for over 40 years.

ilver Creek offers services including crop insurance, seed, fertilizer, crop protection, soil sampling, consulting, snow/ice removal, and more.
Tracy started his first business in his freshman year of high school when his father and grandfather helped him start a small LLC called Temple Enterprises.
"We operated the business for more than 15 years focusing on property management services such as snow removal and landscaping, before transitioning to the professional chemical industry for 16 years," says Temple, who purchased Silver Creek Supply in 2022.
"I've been fortunate enough to capitalize and grow from our current customer base. We now stretch to almost a 30-mile radius in all directions from Kenton."
Similar to the co-op, Temple takes great pride in having roots and serving individuals in rural areas. "Hardin County is in the heart of rural America. Tight rural communities tend to build people of strong morals, character, work ethic, and sense of community," he said.
Temple receives power from Mid-Ohio Energy at both his residence and his business. When asked about his experience as a member of Mid-Ohio Energy, he noted the local and responsive service.
"We can reach our partners at the cooperative any time that we need technical assistance, or have questions about power needs as we continue our growth. We're always met with friendly and helpful answers. It provides much needed peace-of-mind when owning and operating a small business in a rural community."
