Your co-op relies on a team of highly-skilled, and knowledgeable employees to serve its membership. Having a relatively small but effective team allows us to strike a balance between providing excellent service and holding down costs for members.
“With a territory that spans parts of 10 counties and includes two offices, we depend on a strong team of employees to serve our members," says Mid-Ohio Energy’s President/CEO John Metcalf. "We work to place our staff in the best positions to meet the changing needs of our co-op."
As the way we deliver power and serve our members continues to evolve, so do the roles and departmental layout of your co-op's staff. Mid-Ohio Energy recently realigned office and operations staff in several areas to best serve the membership. As a result, several employees were hired or promoted to new roles.
