As a result of recent restrictions on public gatherings to stop the spread of the coronavirus, Mid-Ohio Energy is holding the cooperative’s 2020 annual meeting online (without member or public attendance). In March, all members were mailed a notice detailing these changes to the meeting.
In these uncertain times, we promise to be transparent and honest with members. We hope you find this annual meeting livestream to be an informative & valuable method of fulfilling the important function of the co-op's Annual Meeting.

- Official election results: 1,069 ballots were received (15.15% of eligible voters).
- The following candidates received the highest number of votes in their respective district:
- District 7: Gene McCluer
- District 8: John Thiel
- District 9: Robert Imbody
