ALERTS & NOTIFICATIONS update: Members signed up to receive account alerts and notifications may have received 'high usage alerts' or other messages in error this morning (Weds., Nov. 6).
These messages were sent in error due to an issue with the system that sends alerts and notifications. Members are assured that all meter readings and account information is accurate in our actual metering & accounting systems.
We are currently aware and working to fix the issues with the notifications system. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
