Member Appreciation Day: January 25! - Warm up with cookies & coffee
Whether your home is heated with electricity or another fuel source, cold winter weather can put a strain on your energy budget. However, Mid-Ohio Energy is looking to take the sting out of January’s due date.
On Friday, January 25 we will be holding a member appreciation day in both Kenton and Marion offices during our normal business hours (7:30 a.m. through 4:00 p.m.).
We invite you to stop in and warm up with refreshments on us. We will be offering cookies, coffee, and other refreshments as a way to thank you for being a member!
Whether you are just passing through the area, dropping by to pay your bill, or simply have a question about your account, we encourage you to stop in to see us. January 25th also marks the due date for the December billing period.
And while cookies and coffee may be enough incentive for some, we invite you to make the most of your visit by spending a few moments in our offices to see how co-op programs can help save you time and money:
- Learn about convenient account management options such as our levelized budget billing, PrePay metering, auto-pay, and paperless billing.
- Those looking to save energy and money can chat with our energy advisors to view detailed energy use reports, learn about rebate programs, and ask efficiency questions.
- If you’d like to see more of our operations or haven’t had a tour of our new Kenton office yet, just ask and we’d be glad to show you around.
On annual member satisfaction surveys, our employees consistently earn ratings of “excellent” from members for being “friendly, courteous” and “highly-trained and professional”. Come see for yourself— we’re local, available, and truly here to serve our members (YOU!).
We look forward to seeing you on January 25th.
