Mid-Ohio Energy Cooperative, Inc. serves portions of 10 counties in north-central Ohio. The current board is made up of 9 elected trustees. Voting by full membership present at the annual meeting determines who will occupy a seat up for election. Board members are responsible for Cooperative policies, rates and contracts. They are the ambassadors of the Cooperative's rural community, focusing on the problems and needs of the membership.
